What role player scouts do in football?
Player scouts evaluate the talent of footballers with a view to signing them on a professional contract for their employers. They are being called Talent Spotters.
A player scout typically attends as many football matches as possible to find new rising stars. Scouts who wish to identify promising young players typically attend lower-league club games, or international tournaments for young players.

For most of the young players, the presence of a scout is the biggest chance to enter a professional football scene and receive a contract from professional clubs.
